Anyone holding the ideals of this Foundation and
willing to give of their time may apply to be considered for a
seat on the Board. A Call of Nomination form must be
submitted to the Secretary of the Board prior to September
30th. Election of new members to the Board is done at
the October meeting. The term of a Trustee is three
years. The Annual Meeting of the Board is held in January at
which time officers are elected. Masonic relationship or be a
member of Grand Guardian Council is not required to
apply. No compensation is given to a Trustee for time,
travel or talents. This is entirely a volunteer
position.
